Why do over 80% of companies still hire the wrong candidates despite using AI and advanced recruitment tools?

Recruiting tools are used to screen resumes.

Which is followed by calling 5–10 candidates for a first evaluation

Which is followed by inviting 2–3 for interviews

I like this guy and his personality is AMAZING. He’s everything I want EXCEPT I’m not 100% attracted to him. I’ve dated some really hot guys and I’m wondering if that’s ruined dating for me? What do I do?
